When Ideas Have Sex: The Case for Collaboration

I recommend this video of Matt Ridley, at a TED Conference, talking about what happens when ideas have sex.

One of the key quotes is: "What is relevant to a society is how well people are communicating their ideas and how well they are cooperating, not how clever the individuals are."  In other words, collaboration in enterprises is more important than abilities.
