People collaborate!

People collaborate, tools facilitate.

People collaborate, strategy and context guide, process structures, and tools facilitate.

Person 2.0 must be at the center of Collaboration 2.0.

User interface is World 2.0.

Traditional, hierarchical organization is dead.

Organization must manage talent, not people.

Virtual will not replace real, it will make real better.

Some things will never be as enjoyable in virtual as they are in real.

Ask the user, not the developer, for what a tool can do.

Strategy is not tragedy, except when it is.

When an immovable object and an irresistible force collide, something happens.

Social networking (social media) is a necessary but not sufficient condition for effective collaboration.

You are worth your social graph.

Process must be liberating, not constraining.

Purpose-driven collaboration? Wait, did someone just reduce life to collaboration in that book title?

Stuff happens when you collaborate and stuff happens when you don’t, just different kinds.
