Synchronage: The Age of Synchronization

In the process of launching this portal on collaboration, a handful of us brainstormed collaboratively as a virtual group for a nice, memorable name that was available as a domain name. Obviously we selected AllCollaboration, because we all liked it the most.

In the process of brainstorming, certain visuals or descriptions were instructive: symphony, harmony, orchestra, waves, the all one and one all, global without barriers, and so on. As we know, magic happens when we reach synchronization of disparate and important parts. The whole 2.0 phenomenon – Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0, Strategy 2.0 and People 2.0 – impresses upon the use of new technology and tools in synchronization with strategy and context, people, and process to achieve productivity and innovation. We are in the age of synchronization; thus, Synchronage!
